1. Eligibility for Returns
You have the right to cancel or return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservices@orali-jewellery.co.uk with photos or videos as evidence.
Once inspected and approved, we will issue a replacement or full refund.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for ensuring all returns are in the original packaging. Orali will cover return shipping costs, as long as all returns are sent back at the same time in the same parcel. If any items are missed out, it is the customers responsibility to pay for the additional return. Once the return has been approved, we will send out a returns label for you to attach to the return parcel and take to the post office.
