Returns & Refund Policy

At Orali, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery and want you to shop with confidence.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You have the right to cancel or return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Returned items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

• Custom-made or personalised jewellery
• Engraved items
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards or vouchers

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservices@orali-jewellery.co.uk with photos or videos as evidence.
Once inspected and approved, we will issue a replacement or full refund.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, or an incorrect item was sent.
We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
