Welcome to Orali (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.orali-jewellery.comand the purchase of jewellery or related products (“Products”) from our online store.
By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.

To place an order with Orali, you must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid debit/credit card, and be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under UK law.

4. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, due to variations in craftsmanship and screen displays, colours or details may differ slightly.
All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend products without notice.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payments are processed securely through approved payment gateways. Orali does not store any card details.
By placing an order, you confirm that all payment details provided are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

6. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This email does not constitute acceptance.
Your order becomes legally binding only when you receive a “Dispatch Confirmation” email from us.

7. Delivery

We deliver across the UK and to selected international destinations.
Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are provided at checkout.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. Delivery delays caused by courier services or external factors are outside our control.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
However, this right does not apply to:

• Custom-made, personalised, or engraved      jewellery
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

If you wish to return an eligible item, it must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of notifying us.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content—including text, logos, images, and designs—is the property of Orali or our licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
